YUM YUM YUM

I always love freshly made (comparing to packaged ones) pork jerky.  My sis likes the beef jerky.  Always Always.

After recent visit to Singapore and Taipei (Taiwan), I crave for these Asia snacks even more.

Went to preview couple apartments today in the area for buyers; walked by Ling Kee; of course I had to sample the pork jerky.  YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Come and check them out yourselves:

It was the perfect July 4th weekend dinner with good friends Bea and Jill at Zum Schneider!

The beer selection was great, cucumber salad was awesome, potato pancakes were tasty and my favorite Wiener Schnitzel was perfect. And I LOVE the potato salad!!! Never made it to dessert … oops …..

We were lucky to get an outdoor table in the breeze … what a lovely summer day!
